To ensure smooth class arrangements and a consistent learning experience for our students, please take note of the following regarding your available teaching schedule:

🗓 Updating Available Time
If you wish to update your available teaching time, please inform Shaine at least one month in advance. -
⏰ Fixed Schedule After Student Arrangement
Once a student has been scheduled during your available time, you are not allowed to change the time freely. -
💡 Why This Policy Is Important
We share your available time with parents, and only after parents choose a suitable time will we arrange the student into your timetable.
Frequent schedule changes cause confusion, scheduling issues, and may affect parents’ trust in our platform. -
⚠️ Discipline on Frequent Changes
If a teacher requests to change their schedule more than three times after students have already been arranged,
we will no longer recommend that teacher when parents inquire about available teachers and time slots.

我们会根据老师提供的可教课时间让家长选择，家长确认后，我们才会将学生加入老师的时间表。
如果老师频繁更改时间，会造成排课混乱，也会影响家长对平台的信任。 -
⚠️ 关于频繁更改的规定
如果老师在学生已安排后三次以上提出更换时间，
我们将不再在家长询问可教老师及时间时推荐该老师。
